This month sees Strothman+Co celebrate a big milestone: our 40th anniversary.
Since Strothman+Co was founded by Ray Strothman in February 1983, the firm has come a long way while remaining true to its original ideals: a firm that thinks above and beyond the bottom line to help its clients truly excel.
Today, Strothman+Co offers a wide range of accounting and advisory services to businesses in Kentucky, Indiana, and beyond. Our firm remains dedicated to helping entrepreneurial businesses and individuals build wealth and continues to expand into new service areas that best support the needs of our community.

At Strothman+Co, we’re proud to be an active member of our local communities and remain dedicated to giving back with our time, treasure, and talent. Today, more than 80 people work with Strothman+Co, spread across Kentucky, Indiana, and beyond.

Rene Valadez, a Senior Manager in our Assurance team, was recently named one of 20 People to Know in Accounting in 2023 by Louisville Business First. Congratulations, Rene!
Additionally, we have two promotions to announce: Katie Reed has been promoted to Senior Manager and Elly Burke has been promoted to Advanced Staff Accountant. Congratulations to both!
