December 18, 2020. Strothman and Company of Louisville, Kentucky is pleased to announce our merger with the CPA practice of Charles W. Ward III, CPA. Mr. Ward will be based in our Downtown Louisville office at 325 West Main Street.

Bill Meyer, the Managing Partner of Strothman and Company, orchestrated the merger and stated that Mr. Ward had been a strategic partner and referral source for Strothman and Company for many years. “We’ve been pleased to work with Charlie on mutual clients over the years. He serves many entrepreneurial businesses and individuals, and will be a great fit with our firm,” stated Meyer.
